At one time our land was planted only with grapes. The Emilia Romagna Region project of 2003 prompted our decision to plant olive trees. These were reproduced from centuries-old plants, which were surveyed and had already been present in the hills of Castelvetro for more than 300 years.
After several years of experimentation, we are among the very few olive oil producers in the province of Modena. We have always opted for organic, which we believe in not only due to current trends, but as a true philosophy of respect for the earth and for man.
